We will happily provide warranties, because we stand by our work with confidence. We will be competitive based on the value and quality we provide, and will pursue projects and clients where we can be successful on that basis.

Building People ‐ We build buildings, but we also want to help people build lives.Our projects will improve the lives of our clients. For all of our customers and clients, our team will set them up to successfully participate in our design and construction projects.We will use our skills to build a place they’ll want to be. We want to be a business that supports lifelong careers. We want to be an employer that watches our employees raise kids, pay the mortgage, go on vacations, contribute to their communities, work safely, and eventually retire with adequate funds.

Stability ‐ We want to keep building for another 75 years.

We will watch the construction market and pursue new opportunities and new certifications that make sense for us based on our strengths, and decline opportunities when they aren’t the right fit.

As owners, we will prioritize stability and re‐invest in the company – building equity, maintaining and purchasing necessary equipment, keeping our fleet in good working order, upgrading our technology, paying for education and certifications, providing safety training and equipment, providing incentives and compensation for employee performance, and investing in business development.

We want every project to have zero lost-time injuries. Comprehensive safety plans are key to success.

Timetable

We strive to honor all completion dates specified in the contract. Our team understands business plans, meets deadlines, and communicates issues that may impact the schedule far in advance of announced opening dates.

Simply put, we don’t cut corners. Our skilled trades people produce coveted construction that will last for generations.

Fair Billing

We have no hidden charges and do not abuse the change-order process. Charges for any orders are reasonable and fair to the client and never used to “pad” profit.

Share Expectations

Designing a facility to meet your needs and choosing a general contractor to build it are big decisions. Bachmann Construction takes as much time as necessary to learn about your project, ask the right questions, and advise you in the best possible way about meeting your objectives. The final budget will include a reasonable profit for the company based on the application of our talent, experience, and equipment.
