Al is President and Chief Operations Officer of Bachmann Construction and has contributed to the success of the organization for more than 35 years. Al worked his way up through the ranks, working as a laborer, a carpenter, and project manager. He currently is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of Project Management and Field Operations
