In 2015, Bachmann Construction served as the general contractor for a new convenience store and fueling station project in Egg Harbor, Wisconsin. Commissioned by Jandu Petroleum, the development was part of a broader expansion of their retail network in Door County.
The project included the construction of a 4,200-square-foot convenience store, which featured 1,000 square feet of leasable space intended for a retail or quick-service restaurant tenant. The site also incorporated a petroleum fueling station, designed to accommodate both local traffic and seasonal tourism demand.
Bachmann Construction’s role involved full-site development, including utility coordination, structural buildout, and finish work tailored to the operational needs of a high-traffic convenience store. The facility was designed for 24/7 operation during peak tourism months, with a layout that supports efficient customer flow and product accessibility.
