Green Construction
Green construction is construction with environmental conservation in mind. This conservation can be applied to all aspects of construction, including demolition, new construction, and the finished product. Green construction can also include the requirements for LEED Certification of the project.
We believe in building into the future, and not just the future of our business, but the future of our community and our environment. Bachmann Construction recognizes that environmental conscientiousness is becoming ever more important as resources become scarce, and our impact on the environment around us more pronounced. This is why the concept of Green Construction is an important one to introduce into the construction industry, because it is a vital step toward really building for our future. With this is mind, Bachmann Construction has completed several Green Construction Projects including the Willy St. Co-Op, the Madison Engineering Building, the McKay Center, and the Aldo Leopold Center.
